About the Role:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of American Airlines. Your role will focus on providing world-class customer service and support to travelers around the globe. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and provide prompt, professional customer support.

What You Bring:
