WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Managing a multi-line phone system in a professional manner within a fast-paced  office
  • Ensuring prompt responses to guests’ inquiries and directing to the appropriate party in an efficient manner.
  • Managing the receipt and shipment of office deliveries and mail.
  • Supporting various departments throughout the office with a variety of clerical duties and special projects as needed
