Work Schedule: 9:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. (Monday – Friday), with one late night per week till 8:00 p.m. and the ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule with the rest of the team.

The Ideal Candidate:

Have a current P&C license (required)**
Two (2) years of professional sales experience in an insurance environment
Establish strong customer and community relationships to help develop additional leads and referrals

Maintain all current licensing, agency and carrier compliance requirements
Confident Sales professionals with experience meeting sales goals or quotas
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with OR the ability to learn our Agency Management Systems (Applied/Epic a plus)

The primary duties of the Insurance Sales Agents are:

Schedule appointments, identify customer needs and suggest targeted insurance products based on those needs. We offer all personal lines insurance products, as well as life insurance.
Establish strong customer and community relationships to help develop additional leads and referrals

Maintain all current licensing, agency and carrier compliance requirements
Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters , and works as a liaison between the client and the insurer
