Job Summary:

Generating qualified new opportunities in the US Enterprise, Mid-market segment for Cloud (Cloud Native Development, Infra Resale, Managed Services), Data, AI and Security services

Lead Generation from extensive outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting.

Developing new business opportunities by analyzing strategic enterprise account potential, setting up new appointments, increasing visibility and relationships in the account.

Working closely with territory sales representatives and Rackspace Partners like AWS, Azure, Google etc. on joint business development for the territory.

Maintaining and updating accounts, its progress in CRM, tracking the activities, preparing customized decks, attending sales calls/presentations.

Knowing how to move leads to opportunities through stages and presents a reliable forecast.

Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management and campaigns, create, and execute plans for business development by generating qualified opportunities.

Will be working in a metrics-driven high-velocity SDR/Business Development environment.

Work cross-functionally with other departments like sales and marketing.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Must have 4-6 yrs. of experience in Inside sales/business development/appointment generation role for Enterprise/Mid-market accounts with any cloud services.

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), relationship building ability with senior-level executives for opportunity generation.

Good to have demand generation experience in US market

Strong listening skills, objection handling, and articulation.

An ability to take rejections without getting bogged down.

Have an appetite to take on bigger milestones, eager to ask and learn more about cloud services.

Love for teamwork and commitment to building a world-class team.

Empathy and the ability to understand customer needs. Solution-oriented sales approach instead of a transactional one.
