We’re hiring for a part-time to full-time employee role, offering flexible schedules ranging from 20-40 hours per week based on your preference. Please note: This is an hourly employee position, not a contractor role, with a starting pay of $17 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage multiple clients in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
  • Handle executive assistant tasks, including marketing system management, website updates, third-party platform use, content creation, and social media management.

 

  • Ensure an outstanding client experience and seamless customer flow.
  • Prepare and deliver daily and weekly reports for clients.
  • Maintain precise time tracking and reporting.

 

  • Participate in regular team meetings and client strategy discussions; lead client meetings as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or some college education.
  • A minimum of 4 years in administrative support roles.

 

  • At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant/project manager.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Suite, CRM platforms, and project management tools.

 

  • Excellent communication and grammar skills.
  • A fully equipped home office with high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a professional setup.
