We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team!

In the role of Care Support you will play a supporting role to members of the broader Kindred Home Care Team. You will function as the hub of communication, supporting our caregivers, clients and their families. Working remotely from home you will work in our system logging calls and serve as the frontline of customer support.

Responsibilities:
- Managing Incoming Calls & Cases
- Handling book-offs and filling shifts
- Resolving scheduling anomalies and confirmation calls
- Escalating Cases to Coordinators, Managers, HR, Payroll & Finance
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of clerical and customer contact experience
- Proficiency in using various technologies
- Superior critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with others and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to react quickly and re-prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
- Experience in scheduling would be beneficial
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Positive, flexible, and reliable work attitude
- Able to commit to working on call every other weekend
