Responsabilidades
- Responder y pasar llamadas telefonicas
- Organizar y programar citas
- Planificar reuniones y escribir actas detalladas
- Escribir y distribuir email, notas de correspondencia, cartas, faxes y formularios
- Asistir en la preparacion de informes programados de forma periodica
- Desarrollar y mantener un sistema de archivo
- Actualizar y mantener los procedimientos y politicas de oficina
- Realizar pedidos de material de oficina e investigar nuevos acuerdos y proveedores
- Mantener listas de contactos
- Realizar reservas y demas preparativos para viajes
- Preparar y conciliar los informes de gastos
- Proporcionar apoyo general a los visitantes
- Actuar de punto de contacto para clientes internos y externos
- Actuar de enlace con los asistentes administrativos ejecutivos y superiores para gestionar solicitudes y consultas de directores senior
Requisitos
- Experiencia demostrable como asistente administrativo, asistente virtual o asistente administrativo de oficina
- Conocimiento sobre sistemas y procedimientos de gestion de oficinas
- Conocimientos practicos del equipo de oficina, como impresoras y maquinas de fax
- Dominio de MS Office (especialmente MS Excel y MS PowerPoint)
- Excelentes capacidades de gestion del tiempo y habilidad para priorizar las tareas
- Atencion al detalle y capacidades para solucionar problemas
- Excelentes capacidades comunicativas escritas y verbales
- Grandes capacidades organizativas con habilidad para realizar varias tareas al mismo tiempo
- Titulo de educacion secundaria; se valorara estar en posesion de cualificacion adicional como asistente administrativo o personal de secretaria
