What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a single point of contact on a client-facing team in a call center environment
- Respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing inquiries
- Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying and resolving issues
- Provide technical support and assist with install/group administration tasks
- Maintain a strong client-facing orientation and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior call center experience is required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Capability to develop technical acumen
- Strong client-facing orientation with exceptional customer service skills

- Experience in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies
