Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse at Harris House Foundation Inc, you will be responsible for providing nursing care and monitoring to detox clients. This includes assisting with medication administration, recording medical history accurately, communicating with client support services and families, and providing nursing assessments and consultation.
You will also be responsible for day-to-day oversight of CMT and Program Monitors, as well as monitoring and documentation of client vital signs. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
