Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize warehouse processes and enhance overall productivity.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow and improve communication channels.
Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the warehouse.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Operation Manager or in a similar managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
