Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through phone calls, text messages, and other digital communication channels.
Provide accurate information about our products, services, and solutions to address customer questions and concerns.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and prioritize complex cases for prompt resolution.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
