Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to our team.
Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage deadlines.
Email Correspondence: Efficiently handle and respond to emails on behalf of the company.
Data Management: Maintain and organize crucial data and documents.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans and itineraries.
Research: Conduct research on various topics as requested.
Communication: Act as a point of contact between team members and external parties.
Task Prioritization: Assist in managing daily tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills:
Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other virtual office tools.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
