Universal agents serve as senior customer service representatives
Answer incoming calls at high volume in several functional areas based on daily needs
Perform necessary account maintenance to meet customer demand
Troubleshooting and providing technical support in Citi’s reporting system and platform
Communicate account status, company policies and other information required to respond to cardholder requests
Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Approve business-only credit refund requests
De-escalation of cardholder issues as needed
Answer incoming phone calls from cardholders and non-cardholders quickly and accurately for general customer service, fraud, help desk, and dispute inquiries
