The group works extensively across all businesses to design, develop, and implement defined target country visions for stronger program and project management at Citibank. Citibank Careers Dallas. The Vice President is responsible for supporting the implementation of the strategy to ensure that the objectives are successfully achieved. The Vice President will be assigned to help manage all project execution, including compliance with established core standards and providing core reporting for Citi’s regulatory recovery program. In addition to project-level responsibilities, this role is expected to help drive work efforts related to one or more outcomes in the project.

Main Responsibility:
Maintain implementation plans to deliver critical outcomes that are critical to regulatory transformation
Manage and monitor execution of multiple milestones and work products, and collaborate with the Functional Program Director and Senior Project Manager to ensure project scope definitions align with business objectives
Ensure implementation of common PMO standards, consistent reporting and closure processes
Provide on-site support to help carry out the planning, direction and coordination of day-to-day activities within the project
Manage and prioritize activities based on business needs and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and drive continuous improvement
Ensure that all stakeholders are identified and included in scoping activities
Develop a deep understanding of the project plan and key milestones/outcomes/activities
Work effectively with Internal Audit, Compliance and Risk Management providing independent validation of artifacts and results required to support related test/validation activities
Monitor and track project performance and escalate project risks affecting performance to senior project managers and senior management/stakeholders; ensure that mitigation strategies are developed and implemented where necessary
Promote compliance with project delivery processes, procedures, methodologies and standards
Leading problem identification and resolution
