Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to understand hiring needs and requirements.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms and networking events.
Assist in screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Participate in the development of innovative recruitment strategies.
Contribute to the maintenance of our applicant tracking system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with basic HR processes and recruitment best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new technologies.
