Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems.
Ensure the security and integrity of IT infrastructure through regular maintenance and updates.
Offer training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and procedures.
Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and MacOS.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ are a plus.
