Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote technical support to clients, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and improvements.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with network protocols and configurations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
