DMED QA Productivity Engineering Team is looking for a qualified and dedicated Quality Analyst to join our team. As a Lead Quality Analyst, this individual will work with the Software Engineering team and other QA Analysts to define and implement test coverage requirements for next-generation storytelling products that deliver innovative content for our consumer applications across the Disney brand. Responsibilities of roles and duties:

• Creation and execution of test cases and test plans. Find, replicate, regress bugs and write reproducible steps to our bug tracking system. Also ensure that validated results meet functional specifications and requirements.

• Attend a sprint plan review meeting to review functional and design specifications and understand how this affects features in development. This includes a major review of additional test plans with partners, developers, and product team members. Remote Disney Jobs Part Time.

• Communicate defects effectively to stakeholders and developers responsible for the product being tested, and conduct various testing sessions with key delivery team members to ensure product functionality.

• Develop test plans, test cases and other additional documentation as needed while maintaining the QA process.

• Work with the automation team to develop, run and improve our automated test suite.

Basic skills:

7+ years of relevant QA experience with 3-5 years of experience leading multi-team projects
A clear communicator (written and verbal) to talk to stakeholders about requests and notify the team of any issues related to delivery or development tasks
Ability to focus on deadlines and results. Demonstrated ability to quickly find bad defects and bugs.
Experience with various QA tools and platforms. (ADB, XCode, Charles Proxy, Postman, Stoutest, Selenium, etc.)
