RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pharmacy Operations: Execute day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in prescription processing.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Medication Dispensing: Accurately dispense medications according to prescription orders, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Communication: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, clients, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Pharmacy Technician Certification: Hold a valid Pharmacy Technician certification.
Technical Competence: Proficient in using pharmacy management software and other relevant technical tools.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail in prescription processing and medication dispensing.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a remote environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous Experience: Prior experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a remote setting.
