Job Responsibilities:
Teach in Tamil: Provide instruction in the Tamil language to preschool-aged children, helping them develop strong language skills.
Curriculum Implementation: Execute the prescribed curriculum while integrating innovative teaching methods to engage students and enhance their learning experiences.
Classroom Management: Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.
Assessment: Regularly assess and record students’ progress to identify areas for improvement and tailor teaching methods accordingly.
Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and caregivers, providing updates on their child’s progress and addressing any concerns.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Tamil: Fluency in the Tamil language is essential for effective communication with students and parents.
Early Childhood Education: A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
Passion for Teaching: A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
Patience and Adaptability: The ability to remain patient and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of young learners.
Classroom Management: Strong classroom management skills to create a positive and organized learning environment.
