Monitor live chat channels for spam comments and inappropriate content.
Engage with users through live chat to address concerns and report spam.
Collaborate with the moderation team to ensure a safe and welcoming online environment.
Uphold Yelp community guidelines and policies.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting users with inquiries and issues.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in live chat moderation or similar roles.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with Yelp platform and community guidelines.
Attention to detail and the ability to identify spam or inappropriate content.
Availability for part-time hours based on business needs.
