Client Support: Provide outstanding support to our clients via email, chat, and phone, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot client issues, working diligently to resolve them in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Previous customer service or support experience is preferred.
