Responsibilities:
Accurately input data from a variety of sources into our systems.
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure information accuracy and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity across departments.
Assist in the development and implementation of data entry processes and best practices.
Required Skills:
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in data entry to ensure accuracy.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication, especially when clarifying data discrepancies.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data entry software and tools.
Adaptability: Flexibility to handle evolving data entry requirements.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
