Key Responsibilities:
Client Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to American Express clients, including email management, appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries promptly and professionally.
Document Management: Assist in creating and maintaining documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and organize appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for clients.
Data Entry: Accurate and timely data entry tasks to support various projects.
Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
Task Prioritization: Effectively prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address challenges to streamline processes.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
