Job Description: Are you passionate about English language education and dedicated to helping students excel in grammar? The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online English Grammar Teacher to join our team of educators. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the language proficiency of our students through engaging and effective online teaching methods.
Responsibilities:
Conduct live online English grammar classes for students of varying proficiency levels.
Develop and implement customized lesson plans to address individual learning needs.
Provide constructive feedback on student assignments to foster continuous improvement.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
Stay updated on language teaching trends and incorporate innovative approaches into lessons.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum development initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an English language teacher, specifically in grammar instruction.
Strong understanding of language learning methodologies and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective online teaching.
Bachelor degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master degree preferred).
TEFL or TESOL certification is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools.
