Full Job Description

This position is responsible for simultaneously managing the negotiated transition segment for all assigned hotels, as well as communicating and collaborating with each management team.

Completed temporary enterprise market segment development (ESP Local and ESP Global) and met lodging and revenue targets for both segments.
Emphasize weekday business trips that are higher value and less sensitive to price as mandated by individual hotels.
Use DORM/DOSM to plan a tariff model strategy/seasonal minimum and tariff parameters for the ESP segment
Develop and sell accounts to increase overall hotel revenue in your area and for brands every year
Ensure all locally negotiated rates are reviewed, agreed, updated and negotiated annually, both internally and annually with customers
Serve as a liaison for RFP processes and annual contracts with consortiums, global ESPs and government programs for each hotel
Check with the hotel to see what optional affiliate programs they should consider and the budget for each year
