Responsibility:
Supervise, motivate, train, and support reservation sales associates to provide exceptional sales and award-winning personal service to voice-calling guests
Conduct annual and semi-annual performance appraisal processes by providing input and one-on-one interviews with assigned staff. Omni Remote Jobs.
Monitor attendance, tardiness and compliance for assigned groups and prepare early disciplinary action to change employee behavior patterns. Monitor the predetermined break and lunch schedule to ensure staffing levels are maintained at all times when schedules are not available

Contribute to the achievement of central performance metrics, including turnaround times, employee positive polls, service levels and customer satisfaction scores
Monitor daily performance and quality control of order sales area
