Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand content nuances and apply appropriate tags to enhance content categorization.
Utilize your expertise to ensure accurate and relevant metadata, facilitating an improved user experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and evolving viewer preferences to optimize content tagging strategies.
Work closely with data scientists and engineers to refine and improve the Netflix recommendation algorithm.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements related to content tagging and classification.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in content tagging, metadata management, or a related role within the entertainment industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
