About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team at The Puranigaadi Job. As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce, ensuring that we have the right talent in place to drive our mission forward. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the IT and non-IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop hiring plans.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting job openings to conducting interviews.
Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
