Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by handling employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives. Ensure employees are well-informed about their benefits and address any inquiries.
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures. Ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with company policies.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of [X years] in HR leadership positions.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
