Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new talent.
Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive work environment by resolving employee conflicts and addressing concerns effectively.

Required Skills:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master degree is a plus.
Proven experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a similar role.

Proficiency in HR software and tools for talent management.
