Operate various heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes, to perform tasks according to project specifications.
Safely and efficiently maneuver equipment in various settings, ensuring compliance with all safety guidelines and regulations.
Conduct routine equipment inspections, identify maintenance needs, and report any issues to the supervisor.
Collaborate with construction teams to execute tasks accurately and within established timelines.
Adhere to project plans and specifications, contributing to the successful completion of construction projects.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in a construction or related field.
Valid Heavy Equipment Operator certification.
Proficient in operating bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to prioritize safety in all operations.
Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Physical stamina and flexibility to work in various weather conditions.
