Responsibilities:
Maintain a vigilant presence to deter and detect unauthorized access or activities.
Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular patrols to ensure a secure environment.
Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents, taking appropriate actions as necessary.
Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
Required Skills:
Vigilance: The ability to stay alert and attentive, ensuring potential security threats are identified promptly.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
Problem Solving: Quick thinking and decisive action in resolving security-related issues.
Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift or move objects as required during patrols.
Integrity: A commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in security services or related field preferred.
Must possess a valid security guard license in the state of employment.
Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures.
