Accurately input and update data in our systems, including product information, customer details, and order records.
Perform regular data quality checks and corrections as needed.
Assist in maintaining data confidentiality and security.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Identify and report data discrepancies or anomalies.
Contribute to process improvement by suggesting efficient data management practices.
Handle data entry tasks in a timely and organized manner.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in data entry and data management.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent typing skills.
Knowledge of data entry software and tools.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
Basic understanding of e-commerce operations (preferred but not required).
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in data entry or a related field (preferred).
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (preferred).
