Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant.
Assist customers in making reservations and guide them to their tables.
Provide menu recommendations and take accurate food and beverage orders.
Ensure prompt and efficient service, maintaining a keen eye on customer needs.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the restaurant industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Knowledge of restaurant operations and menu items.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
