Content Review: Thoroughly review user-generated content, including reviews, photos, and comments, to ensure they adhere to our guidelines and policies.
Policy Enforcement: Enforce content policies and guidelines to maintain a safe, respectful, and informative environment for all Yelp users.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues related to content violations, working closely with our customer support and legal teams.
Maintain Quality: Continuously assess and improve the quality of content on Yelp by identifying trends and areas for improvement.
User Engagement: Engage with users professionally and courteously, providing guidance and support when necessary.
