About the Role: Are you passionate about Apple products and providing top-notch customer support? We are looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Apple Home Advisors. As an Apple Home Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional technical assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring that our customers have a seamless and satisfying Apple experience.

Requirements:

Strong passion for Apple products and a deep understanding of their features and functionalities.

Technical proficiency in using Apple products and troubleshooting common issues.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple customer inquiries effectively.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Previous customer service or support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure customer support coverage.
