Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively assist customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required Skills
Proficiency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Previous experience in a customer service role, demonstrating a strong customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, ensuring productivity and meeting performance metrics.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with tact and diplomacy.
Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service tools.
Adaptability to evolving processes and a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor degree in business or equivalent work experience.
Experience in Accounts is a plus.
Certification in customer service or related field.
