Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in a professional and efficient manner.
Assist cardmembers with account-related questions, transaction inquiries, and payment processing.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide proactive solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns.
Maintain a strong understanding of American Express products and services to effectively address customer needs.
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data security.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
