RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about Aetna products and services.
Assist customers with navigating online platforms and resources.
Address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Proficiency in using customer service software and online tools.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with health care industry terminology is a plus.
Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively.
