Marketing Innovation Manager – This tool is responsible for driving our innovation strategy and program for PepsiCo’s food service equipment portfolio. PepsiCo Work From Home Jobs. In this role, you will work with multiple stakeholders across functions (sales, R&D, IT, finance, strategy, etc.) and drive the agenda on high priority projects. Candidates need experience in identifying key business issues and user needs, developing and executing project plans, and managing projects through a matrix team.
This Marketing Manager will work end-to-end in the innovation process, from building equipment channels to supporting early innovation and commercializing high-stakes essential hospitality equipment across all channels including restaurant, leisure and retail, and the workplace.
The role is cross-functional and requires the ability to work across multiple teams at PepsiCo, manage matrices successfully, and manage multiple communication points smoothly. Specifically, you will interact with internal team members from Brand, R&D, Insights, Supply Chain, IT, Sales, Strategy and Finance Teams at all levels of the organization.

Main Responsibility:

Accelerate innovation strategies, processes, and annual operating plans for the PepsiCo Food Service Equipment Agenda
Contribute to building the current device innovation path and technology roadmap that guides our priorities to best meet user and customer needs
Build relationships and foster collaboration across multiple teams including customer marketing, IT, R&D, sales, strategy, supply chain and insights to build strategies and channels; Demonstrate strong leadership to influence cross-functional partners on multiple high-profile equipment projects
Leading the commercialization of critical equipment Big Bet for Food Service across all channels including stage entry, sales engagement and key function management
Collect, analyze, interpret, disaggregate competition, consumer, customer, channel, technology and brand insights that serve as the basis for developing successful marketing strategies and tactics for device innovation
Work with Finance throughout the year to help develop big bets on equipment
This role may also be responsible for managing the Associate Manager within the team, including setting daily priorities, problem solving and outstanding training, experience and skills of the candidate.

Educational Qualification:
