About the Role:As a Hindi-Speaking Customer Support Representative at The Uwit Job, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer support in Hindi, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be working from the comfort of your home, contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch services to our valued Hindi-speaking clients.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally in Hindi via email, phone, or live chat.
Provide accurate information about our products and services, guiding customers through the onboarding process, and addressing any concerns.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Strive to meet and exceed set KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Fluency in Hindi (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with internal teams and customers.
Previous experience in a customer support or similar role is preferred.
