Develop and implement effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various sectors and levels.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance throughout the selection process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Oversee employee onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated successfully into the organization.
Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs to foster employees’ growth and skill enhancement.
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Handle employee relations issues professionally and confidentially, promoting a harmonious work environment.
Partner with managers to address performance management and employee feedback, fostering continuous improvement.
Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys to gauge employee engagement and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR, bringing innovative ideas to enhance HR operations.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition techniques and best practices.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
