Marriott is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Executive. As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management and leadership team in handling and resolving various Human Resources issues. We are looking for a professional who can ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, maintain accurate employee records, and contribute to the overall success of our HR department.

 

Responsibilities:
Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
Monitor and assist managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issues.
Coordinate and conduct applicant drug screens, reference checks, background checks, motor vehicle checks, and social security number verification.
Maintain applicant flow, drug screen, orientation, and transfer request logs.
Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems.

Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards.
Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, I-9s).

Requirements and Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Solid knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
Proficient in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Familiarity with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar HR role is preferred.
