Job Description:As a Customer Support Assistant at The Elite Job, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our services. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance via email, chat, and phone. This is a remote position, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems as needed.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
Canadian residency and eligibility to work in Malaysia.
