Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information and assistance regarding American Express products, services, and policies.

Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to deliver informed and effective solutions.
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to address customer concerns and optimize the customer experience.
Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics, including quality and productivity standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or virtual customer care environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
Empathy and the ability to actively listen to customer concerns.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Adaptability and a willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced work environment.
Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
